Bean and Rice Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • Cooked beans (try pink, pinto, adzuki, or black)
  • Cooked Sticky Brown Rice
  • Chopped fresh arugula, Napa cabbage, or romaine lettuce
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bowl and top with Spicy Avocado Sauce. below.
