Tasty Granola!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats (use certified GF if avoiding gluten)
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup agave nectar or brown rice syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, mix together oats, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sea salt.
  2. Next add agave nectar (or brown rice syrup or maple syrup), coconut oil, and vanilla.
  3. Mix together and pour on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes or so.
  5. Cool and enjoy!
