I am a Columbus native, returning to my roots with my family in tow after nearly 20 years away. My professional career has been joyfully spent in the field of early childhood education—both in the walled classroom, and as an outdoor educator with Tinkergarten. I have always effortlessly enjoyed a healthy and active lifestyle... until I didn’t. My health hit a snag just before the pandemic, and it was a long and winding road that led me to Leaves of Life. I have worked with several practitioners here, and finding answers and momentum has been such a balm to a weary immune and nervous system. It always felt like being inside a warm hug when I came for my appointments, so it was a natural step to join the team. I’m grateful to be here!
My husband and I live in Upper Arlington with our two girls. I am an avid runner and reader (I LOVE to hear about what people are reading or where they are running, so share away!). I am a firm believer in the power of play and nature, for both little people and the big ones who care for them. As a family, we love to ride bikes to our neighborhood favorites, go creeking, and hang out by the fire pit.
