I love having multiple roles at Leaves of Life, including counseling part time, working at the front desk, and being part of the marketing team. I am a LPC, which means I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling, specializing in trauma/PTSD using EMDR, disordered eating, addiction, and working with anxiety & depression.

My husband and I have lived in Worthington with our two sons for 10 years. I am grateful to be surrounded by the women who work at Leaves of Life, for they also love to see people flourish in their own unique health and wellness journey. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, write, read, hike and do (300 piece only!) puzzles.
