Egg Cheese Sandwich
This spinach egg goat cheese sandwich on paleo bread recipe is courtesy of Julian’s Bakery
Ingredients:
1 slice of Paleo Bread™ – Coconut (from Julian Bakery)
Olive oil
Handful of spinach
1/8th cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Place bread on oiled griddle.
After somewhat cooked, flip bread.
Sauté spinach with olive oil.
Cook egg (sunny side up).
When toast is complete, add crumbled goat cheese, followed by spinach, then top with egg.
