Joanne’s Story:
“I became impassioned and interested in alternative healing modalities through my own struggles with autoimmune issues. Utilizing integrative medicine to achieve my own healing has given me insight to guide others toward personal wellness. I utilize the Bio Scan Unit (Meridian Stress Assessment) to detect imbalances in the body. This testing, along with my diverse background in nursing, aromatherapy, bodywork, massage, and homeopathy allows me to guide my clients to optimal wellness. I’ve learned to “think outside the box” and help clients discover the root cause or imbalance contributing to their ailment. I have found that bringing the body back in to balance allows it to heal. I continue to be amazed at the body’s resilience and ability to heal given the right tools. I’ve learned that using a holistic approach, while integrating all aspects of a person’s life including mind, body, and spirit will bring the body back to optimal wellness. My greatest joy is to watch a client’s face light up as they begin to see results when no one else could find the answers.
My focus is working with clients that have complex issues including chronic fatigue, mold toxicity, autoimmune disorders, parasites, and chronic infections such as Epstein-Barr Virus and Lyme Disease (including the co-infections Bartonella, Babesia, Borrelia, Mycoplasma, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, and Anaplasma).
In my spare time I love to read to further my own knowledge of health and wellness and be outdoors. I also love to spend time with my family, garden, dance, and laugh.” ~ Joanne
